Sleepyz Snacks, a high-end cheesecake pudding brand, is looking for a dedicated Baker to join our team. Your primary role will be preparing and packaging our signature cheesecake puddings in multiple flavors while maintaining the highest standards of consistency, speed, and quality.
This position requires a hard worker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their craft. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, ensuring each batch meets our strict quality control standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix cheesecake pudding recipes following precise instructions.
- Package puddings efficiently while maintaining presentation and quality.
- Work quickly and consistently to meet daily production goals.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in a commercial kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure all puddings pass quality control checks before distribution.
Requirements:
- Previous baking, pastry, or dessert-making experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet production deadlines.
- Comfortable working evening and/or night shifts in a commercial kitchen.
