Growing company in Landrum, SC looking for a reliable office administrator with strong customer service skills, and a good working attitude. This person will support a growing company by completing many tasks such as answering phones, taking customer orders, order entry, tracking orders, creating and sending invoices, tracking warehouse inventory, and filing.
Requirements:
- 4 years Administrative Assistance and Office Administration experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong Customer service orientation
- Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast paced office setting and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a full time direct hire position and requires working on site. The hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. The salary is $40K-45K depending on experience. Please apply on really or Call 864-331-2079.
