Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the Growth and Revenue team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a collaborative spirit.
Accountabilities
- Supports day-to-day client service on designated accounts to activate and manage marketing and communications campaigns and programs effectively.
- Schedules, prepares for, takes notes for, captures action items from, and coordinates follow-up for all internal and external meetings.
- Coordinates cross-functional internal teams including strategy, digital marketing, PR, advertising, media, data analytics, and client success.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy
- Evaluate, prioritize, and predict clients’ needs and have a clear understanding of what success means to them
- Ensure all parts of the scope of work are being delivered and nothing is missed
- Support research and scheduling needs to complete strategy meetings in a timely manner
- Collect new client social media, website, email and analytics access, past marketing materials, past press coverage, and other important documents/assets
Account Support
- Schedule, coordinate, prepare for, take notes in, and provide recap messages for client meetings as required to capture and communicate deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Manage project schedules and coordinate internal meetings to ensure team collaboration and alignment
- Set up and maintain client-facing agendas, to-dos, and files in Monday.com and Harvest
- Ensure internal reference materials are updated regularly and are accurate
- Follow up with clients and the internal account team to ensure timely delivery to clients
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners for special projects and advertising
- Work with the Director of Client Success on scope management, contract changes and addendums, and new projects with current clients
Client Relationship Management
- Support Client Success account leads and communication with the clients and internally, including email triage, Monday.com, and meetings
- Remain familiar and up-to-date with client assets, including brand guidelines, website, social media pages, media coverage, and marketing materials
- Identify needs for leadership communication or escalation with clients
- Identify opportunities for client engagement growth
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Work with the other team members to collaboratively identify, discuss, and solve issues and opportunities
- Actively participate in and occasionally lead All Agency meetings
- Participate in continuing education and professional development programming

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
