We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the AGM, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and driving team performance. Operations & Leadership:
- Assist in managing all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to uphold company standards and culture.
- Maintain high levels of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Guest Experience:
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor service standards and implement improvements as needed.
Team Development:
- Support hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.
Financial Performance:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and managing labor costs.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual concept.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
