Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Engage in suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with age restrictions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of retail math for calculating drink prices and making change - Familiarity with the food industry, including food safety practices, is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
