- Train and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment

- Motivate the team to stay on task and meet quality assurance standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction

- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
