Slice House by Tony Gemignani is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. This role involves managing staff, setting goals, monitoring performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment
• Set and monitor budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Financial management expertise, including budgeting and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs
