What You'll Do :
- Lead and develop a high-performing, high-integrity accounting team, ensuring all team members remain motivated and challenged.
- Own the financial close process to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of the Company's financial statements in accordance with US GAAP reporting standards.
- Prepare financial statement flux reports (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and other financial analyses.
- Own the documentation, implementation, and maintenance of corporate accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process / system improvements to continue building the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
- Build cross-company relationships with key business partners around various accounting processes.
- Manage the annual audit process.
- Collaborate with FP&A to deliver high quality management reporting and execution of team objectives.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual lender reporting.
What We're Looking For :
LOCATION : San Mateo, CA
Hybrid schedule visiting our San Mateo office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
