Slide Pre-License Sales Agent Training Program

• Benefits start on your first day!
• Increased hourly pay once you have your 20-44 license and begin our extensive Slide sales training where you learn from the best!
• After you graduate from Slide sales training, you will be eligible to earn monthly bonuses in addition to your hourly pay!
  
  

Once Licensed, This Is What You Will Be Doing

• Perform inbound and outbound sales activities to convert leads to sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products.
• Provide personalized advice on insurance coverage based on individual circumstances with the goal of closing the sale with the best product.
• Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients.
• Perform follow-up activities to nurture or remarket leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Follow structured workflows and scripting to ensure consistency and quality of interactions.
  
  

What You Bring With You

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
• Experience in a sales position (retail and/or restaurant included) preferred.
• Insurance and/or Insurance Agency experience preferred.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed your sales targets and earn incentives.
• High level of resilience, understanding that a “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with prospects, clients, and team members.
• Ability to learn new systems and applications.
• Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
