Sliger is a small US based manufacturer of PC cases!
We are looking for quick learning individuals with a passion for computers, gaming, and technology.
This position is a split roll; half of it is deskwork doing tech support or answering sales questions on the computer, or over the phone. The other half is assembling cases and helping ship orders to ensure promises you make to customers, are met.
This position requires, at minimum, basic knowledge of PCs and PC components, in order to be able to best support customers with their computer builds, questions, and support inquiries.
This position will require your work on assembling cases and computers for customers, as well as working with our production management and inventory teams to ensure all customers are taken care of to the best of our abilities.
Knowledge of screw drivers, screw types, computer assembly, and other mechanical knowledge is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for pre-sales advice and conversations; via discord, telephone, Reddit, and other channels
- Answering phones, greeting customers and other general office tasks.
- Enter customer purchase orders, web orders, and email orders.
- Answering basic customer support tickets such as order status, ship dates, order changes, returns, etc.
- Processing customer returns, return authorizations, and advanced replacement paper work.
- Make changes to active orders; including cancellations, refunds, and delay notifications.
- Proactively emailing customers notifications about their orders; ex: delays or shipping problems.
- Processing business customer POs, bulk orders, quotes, and shipment documentation.
- Assembly of cases, including installing fans, liquid coolers, and other computer components as required.
- Quality control of customer orders. Ensuring that everything the customer ordered, is in the shipment, and is free of defects or blemishes.
- Other tasks as required.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experiencing in PC building (have built your own PC and/or PCs for others)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Energetic, motivated, driven and detail oriented.
- Fast typing skills preferred
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with computer parts, components, and peripherals
- Windows proficient & internet savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Be able to lift over 25lbs
- Good hygiene
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
