Description
The New York Business Express mission is to develop, implement and maintain a single, statewide system one-stop online system for all licensing and permitting needs.
Duties
- Oversee support and technical services for Oracle Service Cloud, Windows servers, and web servers.
- Installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and configuring Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications like AA
- Provide support for application backend in Windows Server 2019-2022 environments, including on-call and off-hours production support, troubleshooting, system issue analysis and resolution, as well as developing technical documentation.
- Familiarizing with the NYS DOS DOSCORP and SLA LEAP system and gaining expertise to provide support.
- Develop, maintain web applications in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JAVA and .Net.
- Oracle service cloud (Right now and OPA Hub) development and support for all NY Business Express applications.
- Set up and maintain Oracle cloud computing systems, Custom Object deployment, Workspace/Workflow development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, developing in a Multi-Site Environment.
- Migrate code, database changes from Lower environments to Production.
- Develop Java based Web Service Calls APIs.
- Guiding technical meetings and support calls.
- Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Perform various software testing duties as required, including system testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, automated testing, etc.
- Experience (12 Years)
- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
- This is an 100% Onsite
- 84 months of experience in Windows server support.
- 84 months of experience in Accela products or COTS applications (including but not limited to installs, upgrades, fixes, system changes, adapter deployment, analysis of system logs, etc.).
- 84 months of experience in Accela application system support (i.e. - production on-call support for applications, troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing and developing technical documentation).
- 60 months of working experience with one or more of the following: .Net/ ASP / VB Script / Batch Script.
- 36 months of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Database and OPA.
- 60 months of experience performing various types of testing (automated, performance, unit, system, UAT, etc.).
