What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Slim Chickens?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Market Mapping, Developing a quarterly plan of highest value targets in the community, Schools, Non Profits, Governmental Agencies, Police Departments Prisons, Fire Houses, Military Installations, businesses large to small, warehouses, large construction sites, manufacturers, DOT offices, Car dealers, retirement homes, sports teams, Universities, trade schools, Etc.
● Door to Door & Person to Person “Pandemic Marketing” Program Execution and Client Interaction: Minimum of 5 hours in market each day going door to door introducing Slim Chickens and its menu, the different ways that an organization can interact / purchase slim chickens. Distribute free items cards, when appropriate: chicken, sandwiches, deserts & milkshakes. Or arrange in restaurant dining expeirences.
● CRM & Email, for the last 3 hours of the day -enter each business and contact into our CRM and send detailed follow up emails – indicating a day and time you will follow up with them by phone or face to face.
● Daily Follow up: All follow ups committed to in email happen at the designated date and time
● Tracking and reporting of direct generated revenue ( catering and events) and indirect revenue, tracking weekly direct generated sales per store, and same store sales growth with direct excluded – your marketing efforts will generate both.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
● Heat Mapping Tracking and Best Practice Tracking: Monitor and report on demographics and patterns in marketing efforts that yield superior outcomes to the Managing Director of ProFreshional for strategy optimization.
● Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing ProFreshional’s values and commitment to innovative marketing solutions.
● Collaborative Team Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and operational teams to ensure cohesive and effective client servicing.
● Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the ProFreshional leadership team to refine and innovate our marketing strategies, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and highly effective.
● Data-Driven Sales Optimization: Leverage CRM systems and advanced data analytics to track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales techniques based on client feedback and market insights, driving consistent sales growth and ROI.
● Mentoring and Training: As a Sr. Field Marketing Representative you will also be responsible for mentoring and training new Field Marketing Representatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● Educational Background: Preferably an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
● Market Insight: Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
● Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
