Requirements
- Opening and closing of the restaurant
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours
- Learn and work all positions of the restaurant
- Reconcile cash registers
- Manage inventory and product from delivery, prep, and production
- Inspect and Expedite food for guests
- Be an active part of the management team to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards, and specification
