The cashier / runner / Drive - Thru attendant serves as the face of Slim Chickens. They make that critical first and last impression with the Guests. They are the ones that must create the welcoming atmosphere that Guests will associate with Slim Chickens. You will feel empowered to make decisions that lead to high levels of guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
Our Back of House serves up hot and fresh food for every guest. To ensure a seamless experience the Back of House also ensures prep is done in a timely manner. Our Back of House is split up into 4 main positions :
