We're now on the hunt for an ambitious Social Media Manager (internally known as Account Supervisor, Social & Content) to join our team in Los Angeles as we build the world's best PR agency for challenger and disruptor brands. We have a hybrid work model with 2 all hands days each week at our office in Culver City (LA).
The role you'll play
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of impactful influencer marketing campaigns and the creation of compelling content for our clients. This includes identifying and partnering with high-potential influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), negotiating contracts, and managing the entire campaign lifecycle. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and craft integrated strategies that deliver measurable results. A strong communicator and team player, you'll provide guidance and support to the wider team, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
To be successful in securing this role, you will need :
- At least 3 years of experience in creating and managing content for social media, including content creation (from TikTok to LinkedIn), delivering influencer campaigns, paid social media and more, preferably within a PR, talent, social media agency setting or in-house.
- Experience working with established brands and start-ups.
- A strong understanding of the role creators play in marketing and communications campaigns, vetting and researching talent, negotiating, collaborating with influencers on content and measuring results.
- Connector mindset, proven strong relationship building skills and the ability to create and maintain meaningful connections with our clients and account teams.
- Ability to independently take an influencer strategy, assemble a team and get stuck into the work with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencers, platforms and pop culture.
- Understanding of the role social plays in a wider integrated campaign and are comfortable collaborating with a cross functional team.
- Experience in analytics, algorithms and content best practices, and using social media tools to develop insights.
