Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Monitor consignment components and inventory levels.
Record all consignment and inventory movements in NetSuite.
Process and reconcile invoices against shipment reports.
Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
Analyze supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock issues.
Review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analyses, and inventory management updates.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain and update purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or related fields.

Proficiency in inventory management software such as NetSuite, Fishbowl, or Zoho Inventory.

Knowledge of inventory management practices, including ABC analysis and cycle counting.

Strong analytical and logistical thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective collaboration, negotiation, time management, and organizational abilities.
