Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements
- Develop, maintain, and enhance performance dashboards and operational reports using Tableau and AWS Grafana
- Assist in creating predictive models and analytical tools to improve resource allocation and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service operations, cloud engineering, data engineering, and finance teams to implement data-driven recommendations
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of ERP and other operational systems
- Contribute to defining and tracking operational KPIs and service-level metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS Grafana, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
