Outside Services Attendant

Job Summary
The Outside Service Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our golf club. This position involves providing exceptional service to guests while ensuring the smooth operation of outdoor facilities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal skills to manage various guest interactions effectively.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the outdoor facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide information about resort services, amenities, and scheduled events to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Manage equipment rentals and ensure all items are in good condition for guest use.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating events, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage in public speaking when addressing groups or events.
• Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in a recreational or resort setting.
• Familiarity with conflict management techniques to handle guest issues effectively.
• Knowledge of lifeguard practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Cash handling experience is required for managing transactions efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by resort operations.
• A passion for providing excellent service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
