Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and consultants at two locations: South San Francisco and Brisbane.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with system setup, installations, and configurations for new employees.
- Ensure consistent IT infrastructure reliability and performance across both locations.
- Monitor IT systems and proactively address potential technical problems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and improve IT solutions.
- Support the team with IT asset management, software installations, and updates.
- Manage user permissions, password resets, and access requests.
- Deliver technical assistance through various channels including phone, email, and in-person support.
- Ensure all IT operations comply with security protocols and company standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Onsite Desktop Support experience.
- Jira or Zendesk experience.
- O365, Active Directory/Azure & Slack experience.
- Zoom Room experience.
- Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience.
- Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- White Glove Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar credentials.
- Previous experience in deskside support or similar roles.
Location & Work Schedule
- Onsite at two locations (South San Francisco & Brisbane).
- 5 days a week, alternating between South San Francisco and Brisbane.
