Responsibilities
- Perform onsite support.
- Handle escalated tickets.
- Perform application support.
- Perform uninstall/reinstall of approved software applications to devices.
- Provide application installation and support services.
- Onboarding/offboarding.
- Conference room and audiovisual support.
- Printer and phone support.
- Migration of employees to laptops.
- Setting client up in Intune and adding necessary software outside of Microsoft Intune.
- Shipping devices to client.
Salary Range
- $65,000-$75,000
