Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.
- Set up computer hardware to support employee move, add, change activities.
- Collaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues.
- Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform Lab and Manufacturing support.
- Provide "smart hands" networking and infrastructure support: Install WAPS, & switches.
Required Skills
- Senior, seasoned technician.
- Lab and Manufacturing support experience.
- 5 years of Onsite Desktop Support experience.
- ServiceNow experience.
- O365, Active Directory/Azure & Okta experience.
- Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience.
- Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Customer Service Mentality.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel between local sites: Cambridge, MA & Devens, MA
