Responsibilities
- Perform onsite support.
- Handle escalated tickets.
- Perform application support.
- Perform uninstall/reinstall of approved software applications to devices.
- Provide application installation and support services.
- Onboarding/offboarding.
- Conference room and audiovisual support.
- Printer and phone support.
- Some system administration.
- Analyze trends with service and provide relevant reports to stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues including identifying issues that require further investigation or specialized technical expertise and escalating them to the appropriate teams.
