Responsibilities
- Provide in-person deskside support for employees, ensuring quick issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot MacOS devices, applications, and system configurations.
- Manage and support Google Workspace applications and services.
- Administer Okta for identity and access management.
- Support Meraki networking, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Deploy and manage devices using MDM solutions (preferably Kandji).
- Assist with Intune/Entra configurations and endpoint security.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes for future reference.
- Hands-on experience with MacOS troubleshooting and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, & Admin Console).
- Familiarity with Okta for authentication and identity management.
- Experience with Meraki networking (switches, firewalls, & access points).
- Device management experience using MDM tools (preferably Kandji).
- Working knowledge of Entra/Intune for device and security management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- IT certifications in any of the above technologies.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows devices (a plus, but not required).
- Onsite at two locations (South San Francisco & Brisbane).
- 5 days a week, alternating between South San Francisco and Brisbane.
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST.
