Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $5027-$10000/month

We are hiring multiple candidates for this position in different levels, your actual compensation will depend on the interview feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.

· Supervise inbound and outbound processes to meet company standards.

· Maintain knowledge of warehouse capacity and optimize storage utilization.

· Monitor picker’s speed and error rate to ensure accuracy.

· Monitor, track, and enforce warehouse safety regulations.

· Supervise office staff.

· Coordinate with logistics companies to resolve shipping or delay issues.

· Keep daily records on safety concerns, forklift maintenance, SUB order tracking, and office errors.

· Prepare bi-weekly self-reflection reports, summarizing work progress, challenges, and solutions, then present findings to management.

· Enforce warehouse policies, issue warning letters when necessary.

· Able to conduct KPI reviews and discuss improvements with team members.

· Manage vendor relations, including pallet suppliers, wrapping materials, and service vendors.

Job Requirements:

· Warehouse management experience and knowledge of operational workflows is a MUST.

· Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to handle work pressure and solve problems efficiently.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST.

· Forklift certification is a plus.
