Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations as per project plans/specifications
- Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones. Direct vehicle traffic.
- Shovel materials to and from construction areas
- Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed, including those with trailers
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including disposing of waste materials and digging trenches
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management
- Reports safety incidents immediately to Foreman, Safety Director, and/or HR manager
- Able to use a computer and a phone
- Able to use office equipment (fax, copy machine, scanner)
- Must be able to move quickly from one area to another
- Able to operate a vehicle
- Ability to obtain security clearances
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
