The Industrial Engineer Intern will work the Value Stream Manager in our Polishing and Plating department at our Franklin Park, IL manufacturing headquarters.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $20 per hour to $26 per hour
Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect, but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.

The Industrial Engineer Intern will work the Value Stream Manager in our Polishing and Plating department at our Franklin Park, IL manufacturing headquarters.
What you will do:
- Support the s tandardization of the polishing process by documenting the buff configuration, spindle direction, and other setup parameters
- Responsible for continuous process improvement tracked by quality yields and standard labor costs
- Creating and maintaining visual aids, maintenance records, procedures and other documents
- Perform time studies on new and existing product line
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with CAD software is a plus
- Experience with Excel and Word
