Sloane Toyota Philadelphia is looking for a motivated, driven, professional to join our team in a full-time capacity as a Business Development Center Agent.
Our BDC agents manage customer relationships by making appointments - following up with potential customers- and building relationships- with leads and prospects within our internet sales department.
If you already have a career as a BDC agent; we would like to meet with you! If you have previous, telemarketing or internet sales experience that is also helpful, however formal training is provided.
- The ideal candidate must be flexible with evening hours, Saturdays are required; we are closed on Sundays.
- Full time position receives a competitive pay plan based on experience plus performance based bonuses!
BDC Agents are responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Agents strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Qualifications:
- This position requires strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ·
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented ·
- Strive to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
