Service Advisor Requirements:
- Reynolds experience is preferred but not required.
- Service Advisor experience a MUST
- Positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
- Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- CSI focused

Job Description
- Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.
- Essential Role will be helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles and advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needs.
- Communicate professionally and clearly about inspection results, then present corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Prepare repair orders showing time and cost estimates for service
- Accurately describe the customer’s concern to the technician
- Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral business
