We are seeking a strategic, hands-on financial professional to oversee and optimize our accounting and operational functions across all business units. The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This is not just a bookkeeping job. It’s a hybrid role that blends accounting, financial strategy, and operational oversight—perfect for someone looking to level up their career and grow into a controller-level position.
- Financial Management & Accounting:
- Manage accounts payable & receivable across all companies
- Process payroll, IRA contributions, and tax reporting
- Handle commission disbursements for real estate agents via ACH
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and integrate with EZLynx
- Ensure monthly bank & credit card reconciliations
- Budgeting, Reporting & Forecasting:
- Create and manage annual budgets & financial projections
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews
- Monitor and improve cash flow management
- Generate and analyze ROI reports for lead generation & marketing
- Operations & Process Improvement:
- Standardize expense management & reporting systems
- Oversee FUB/Dotloop accounting integrations
- Optimize and automate financial workflows
- Keep financial records organized, electronic-first, and audit-ready
- Serve as the primary financial liaison with external accountants and tax professionals
- Strategic Growth & Leadership:
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on profitability and cost savings
- Implement scalable financial systems to support growth across multiple companies
- Attend and contribute to weekly executive meetings
