What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN OR position at Slocum Orthopedics?
- Provides expert professional nursing care for patients during their perioperative visit.
- Works as a part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, their support people, and the ASC staff.
- Assumes and performs the duties of Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Oregon nursing license.
Must have current AHA BLS certification, ACLS required within 3 months of hire date.
Experience in Orthopedics and Outpatient Surgery preferred.
The Operating Room RN works as part of a dedicated and professional interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and the best outcomes for a diverse group of Orthopedic patients from every walk of life.
