What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lighting Technician position at Sloppy Joe's Bar?
Lighting Tech Position:
Primary responsibility is helping facilitate the needs of the Entertainment & Technology Department by creating visually stunning graphics and lighting on our world famous stage. This is a part time position with potential of full time. Hours are 9pm - close. Qualifications are listed below:
- Familiar with technical equipment, ability to learn more
- Ability to visualize graphics to create an atmosphere
- Ability to read crowds based on demographics
- Knowledge of musical genres from 70’s-Today
- Ability to visualize graphics based on theme
- Create the “Best Party in Town” atmosphere
- Knowledge of social media, video editing and/or graphic arts a plus
- Experience is preferred yet willing to train the right candidate
