Responsibilities
- Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene during all food handling processes.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support bartending staff as needed, ensuring that all beverage stations are stocked and organized.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet setup, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
