- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our customers
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, adhere to cash handling and credit policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional experience for our customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant server
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
