Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at SLP Concerts. The role involves providing administrative support, managing phone communications, and demonstrating excellent communication and clerical skills in a fast-paced concert promotion environment. Position may become full-time in the Spring of 2025.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Clerical Skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience in event promotions or entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- Ability to manipulate graphics with Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $16 - $20
