We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Account Representative to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to existing accounts and drive sales growth within these accounts.
- Prospect and qualify new accounts through outbound calls, inbound lead follow up, participation in regional conferences and strategic marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by assessing their needs through research and fact-finding techniques.
- Assist in the launch of new products across existing and potential accounts.
- Conduct occasional product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales objectives
- Identify and cultivate new accounts, provide quotations and generate new business.
- Use CRM software to manage customer data and track sales activity
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and strategic sales efforts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.
- Assist in customer service responsibilities and administrative tasks, contributing to the team effort.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or sales skills preferred
- Comfortable cold calling and prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or familiarity with CRM systems
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Full Time Position (Monday-Friday)
