At SLP Operations, LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a part-time PRN role. As an LVN, you will provide nursing care to our residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced LVN to work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will also supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
Requirements:
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
- The ability to relate positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with other employees
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to supervise other employees and work collaboratively to achieve resident care objectives
- Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages; ability to distinguish smells, tastes and temperatures, ability to read and write, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors and consultants
