About the Role:
As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with our CNA staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations
- Supervise CNA staff in the delivery of direct resident care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Benefits:
