About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership to the CNA staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish and enforce policies and procedures that reflect our organization's values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to CNA staff.
Requirements:
- Active licensure as an LVN/RN in the state.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Successful completion of a post-offer health assessment and adherence to local health regulations.
- BLS certification.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
