About the Role:
As an LVN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with our CNA staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations
- Supervise CNA staff in the delivery of direct resident care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
