Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Engage with residents and their families, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LVN/RN in the state.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
- Successful completion of a post-offer health assessment and adherence to local health regulations.
- BLS certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
