- The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage small to medium built environment projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 junior staff members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other in-house disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Client Relations: Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.
- Proposal Development: Create proposals for new work opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Provide quality, value-added technical work products.
- Project Execution: Execute tasks on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior staff.
- 4 to 8 years professional experience as a Civil Engineer
- Broad experience in civil design including hydrology, hydraulics, site, roadway, erosion control, utility and grading plan with a focus on built environment projects.
- Experience with project management Proficient with AutoCAD civil 3D, with focus on earthworks, grading, drainage, and containment structures (ponds, landfills, waste piles, etc.)
- Understanding of the municipal land use application process. Experience in conducting site visits, construction quality assurance (CQA) and field investigations as necessary
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required
- FE/EIT is required
- PE is preferred, but on track to become licensed shortly is required
