- The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
- Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee projects in a technical capacity
- Perform engineering work for industrial and mining projects
- Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic analysis calculations for storm drainage
- Calculate construction and earthwork quantities
- Visit project work sites for data collection and monitoring, performing investigations and / or performing construction inspection services
- Work with a variety of computer programs to undertake designs and computations
- Prepare memos and calculation packages
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Master of Science degree preferred
- Licensed PE in Nevada, or the ability to obtain license within 6 months
- 7-10 years of related work experience
- Proficiency with engineering and hydrology / hydraulics software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC HMS, HEC RAS, SIBERIA, CEASAR LISFLOOD, RUSLE2, etc.)
- A strong communicator who loves problem-solving and working with diverse teams
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel by car or airplane, including overnight travel for domestic projects
