Business Transactions Associate Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience with mergers & acquisitions and complex business transactions
  • Experience in securities offerings, corporate finance, and joint ventures desired.
  • Excellent academic credentials and good standing with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
