Commercial Real Estate Attorney Qualification / Requirements :

  • 4 years of hands-on experience with structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate finance transactions, including lender representation, co- lender / intercreditor agreements, and CMBS securitizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
