Labor and Employment Associate Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including advising on wage and hour compliance, handling administrative actions, and assisting with employment litigation and arbitration.
  • Prior knowledge of federal labor and employment laws (FLSA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Provide counsel on wage and hour compliance and represent clients in employment litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice

    • Salary : $155,000 - $175,000
