Labor & Employment Associate Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4 years of success in employment litigation, encompassing wage & hour collectives, class actions, single-plaintiff suits, and complex advisory matters.
- Manage all phases of single-plaintiff cases and play a key role in orchestrating complex litigation strategies.
- Demonstrated success in trial work, including witness interviews, preparation of compelling fact presentations, and effective courtroom advocacy. - Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
