Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of corporate finance experience, leading and executing complex M&A transactions
- Extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and alternative entity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, strategic partnerships, financings, and cross-border deals.
- Handle general corporate and alternative entity matters such as contract review, corporate governance, and legal opinion drafting in a large firm.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
