Patent IP Specialist Qualification / Requirements :

3 years of hands-on experience in complex IP litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice

Salary : $75,000 - $127,000
