Remote Personal Injury Attorney Qualifications & Requirements
- 4 years' experience independently managing all phases of personal injury litigation, from intake and file management to deadline adherence and successful settlement.
- Proven skill in conducting thorough and effective case investigations, including gathering and analyzing relevant evidence, accurately assessing liability and damages, and developing robust legal strategies based on factual findings.
- Track record of achieving favorable outcomes in negotiations with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel in personal injury cases.
- Active member in good standing with the Illinois bar is and Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
