Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated SAP Sales and Marketing Consultant with a strong focus on presentation skills, communication abilities, and the capability to generate and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations to clients. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, engaging clients, and delivering compelling presentations that highlight the value of SAP solutions. This individual should also be a quick learner with the ability to understand SAP offerings and present them effectively to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies for HCM solutions, with an emphasis on creating presentations that communicate key product features and benefits.
- Client Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly showcase the value of SAP solutions to clients. Present solutions in a manner that is both informative and persuasive.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and how SAP solutions can address those needs.
- Solution Presentation: Prepare tailored presentations based on customer requirements, highlighting relevant SAP functionalities and demonstrating how SAP products can solve their specific business challenges.
- Market Research: Stay updated on SAP product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to create targeted presentations and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical consultants, and product managers) to gather the necessary information to create accurate and compelling presentations.
- Training & Development: Continuously learn new features of SAP solutions and sales techniques to improve your ability to present effectively and meet client needs.
- Follow-up: Engage with customers post-presentation to answer questions, address concerns, and close deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting with a focus on software solutions or enterprise technologies like SAP or other ERPs.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to design visually appealing, clear, and professional presentations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to customers.
- People Skills: Ability to establish rapport with clients, listen actively to their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand new SAP solutions, technologies, and customer business processes to effectively present and sell the product.
- Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of the sales process, with the ability to contribute to strategy and successfully move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SAP products and solutions is a plus, but the ability to quickly grasp new technical information is essential.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
