Field Superintendent wanted in the Greenwood, MS area

Project scheduled to start January 15, 2025 through April 15, 2025

A general contractor is seeking a field superintendent with the following qualifications:

Use of computers and email A MUST

- Construction management: Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- OSHA: Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to ensure compliance on job sites.
- Contract management: Ability to review and manage construction contracts, change orders, and other legal documents.
- Manage: Skilled in overseeing and coordinating multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Construction management software: Experience using construction management software to streamline project documentation and communication.
- Quality control: Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
